THE ALTERNATIVE
The simple alternative to the Free Bar (All Inclusive) where your guests can purchase their own drinks.
Barology will provide everything that you need, and drink prices are very competitive.
The Pay@Bar Package will include:
- Delivery, Setup and removal (recommended to set up the day before for Real Ale)
- Dispense Equipment
- Choice of Bars and Back Bar if required
- Refrigeration
- Stock
- Choice of Glasses (including Dirty Return)
- Bar Manager with Uniformed Staff
- Ice and bar accessories
- Debit/ Credit card facilities
Barology are able to offer a large variety of stock including, Draught or Bottled Beer, Draught or Bottled Cider, Real Ale, Spirits, Draught or Bottled Wine and Fizz, Soft Drinks and Draught or Made to Order Cocktails; if there is something you would like, and it has not been mentioned Barology will endeavour to source it to ensure your event has the best Liquid-Entertainment.
Barology do charge a booking fee for Pay@Bar which secures the booking and covers the cost of delivering, setting up and removal of the equipment and bar. If a Temporary Events Notice is required, we will include this as part of the booking fee.
A minimum value of sales will be agreed with the event organiser and if we reach this amount there will be nothing further to pay, if this amount is not reached the remaining shortfall will need to be made up from the organiser. Each event is unique, so the minimum fee will depend on the equipment, bar and number of guests.
